Engaged to assess NGV’s ticketing and technology strategy, We delivered a detailed review of current systems and future opportunities, including specific recommendations to support long-term planning and market engagement.

PGA Australia / Australian Golf

Consultix developed and implemented a partner ticketing solution for PGA Australia events, working in partnership with Lup Events. The project included system design and operational delivery. The model now forms the basis of a scalable corporate distribution platform used across other major events.

Gold Coast Suns

We were engaged to assess the SUNS existing ticketing arrangement, with a focus on commercial return and value alignment. The review included benchmarking, operational analysis and practical recommendations to support future planning and partner performance.

Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre

Consultix provided independent advice on vendor performance and customer experience delivery, including a review of current ticketing operations. We also introduced aligned partners to demonstrate what better could look like and to support future decision-making. The goal was to give GCCEC viable options that enhanced, rather than risked, their brand and reputation.

Consultix is overseeing the operational delivery of the LEGO Star Wars Exhibition, currently running in Melbourne and preparing for international tour across multiple continents. Our role includes long-term planning, global ticketing strategy, and partner selection for future phases.

Led the end-to-end procurement process for a new ticketing and membership provider across BRC racecourses. Delivered RFP documentation, vendor engagement, evaluation support and commercial modelling.
