Founded and led by Chris Holder, Consultix brings together deep industry insight, technology expertise and operational know-how. Having worked both within ticketing agencies and on the client side, we understand how to structure partnerships that deliver real financial value and long-term success.

Our work spans modelling and strategy, vendor negotiations, technology selection and experience. We work closely with leadership teams to uncover opportunities, align stakeholders and help partners deliver on ambitious goals.

Chris has served on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland, including two years as Treasurer, and has held senior roles with Ticketek, Boeing, QPAC, Fulham Football Club, Harrods and British Telecom.
